PimpBunnyHub respects intellectual-property rights and reviews properly submitted copyright notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and other applicable laws.
Copyright notice requirements
A notice should include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- the exact PimpBunnyHub URL for each item you want removed;
- contact information sufficient for us to reach you;
- a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights owner.
How to submit
Submit the notice through the Content Removal page and select the copyright reason. Incomplete notices may be delayed while we request the missing information.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe that action resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice identifying the removed material, explaining the basis for restoration, consenting to the jurisdiction required by applicable law, and including your signature and contact details.
Repeat infringement and misuse
We may suspend or terminate repeat infringers where appropriate. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may create legal liability, so consider obtaining legal advice before submitting one.
