Third-party content
For content supplied by independent producers or uploaders, PimpBunnyHub is not the primary producer as that term is used in 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A. The producer or uploader is responsible for maintaining any records and disclosures required by applicable law.
Uploader obligations
Anyone submitting content must verify the identity and age of every depicted person, maintain required consent and production records, and provide accurate custodian information when required. Content may be rejected or removed when this documentation is missing, inconsistent, or unreliable.
Reporting concerns
If you believe content depicts a minor, a person whose age cannot be verified, or a person who did not consent, stop viewing it and immediately submit the exact page URL through our Content Removal page. Such reports receive priority review.
Records inquiries
Requests concerning records for a particular work should identify the exact content URL, title, uploader or producer, and the basis of the request. We will route a sufficiently detailed request to the responsible party or custodian where appropriate.
